The initiation of our fulfilment protocol promptly follows the reception of an online order. In the event that said order has already undergone processing, the feasibility of cancellations or modifications may be constrained. We urge you to efficiently reach out to us, within the 24-hour timeframe, via email at shoutout@yaadh.co.za. with the subject line: Immediate Cancellation. It is imperative to note that all validated orders are governed by our stipulated return policy and if cancellation falls within the 24-hour timeframe, cancellation will be successful.

The items in question must remain in an unopened and unused state, retaining their original packaging. Please be apprised that a return and restocking fee of R75 is applicable, and the responsibility for return shipping costs lies with you, the esteemed customer.
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, aligned with the inherent nature of our merchandise. We strongly encourage a comprehensive examination of the ingredients listed on our product to identify any potential allergens. Should any adverse reactions manifest, we advise seeking the counsel of a qualified medical professional.
For acquisitions made via authorized resellers/distributors, we recommend reaching out directly to the designated reseller/distributor for requisite assistance. It is imperative to note that Yaadh is regrettably unable to facilitate or address refund and return inquiries pertaining to purchases made through authorized resellers.
In the event that the designated recipient is unavailable to receive the parcel upon delivery, the re-issuance of the package will be at the expense of the customer.
The absence of available stock may necessitate the cancellation of an order, with a complete reimbursement provided.
